📄 Setting & sharing your policy

Long, boring document of security that nobody reads is not the proper way to lay the first stone of your cybersecurity culture. Elba allows you to onboard your team on your security guidelines with an engaging experience.

Let’s first take this short questionnaire to gather information about your organization and your security guidelines.

Based on your answer, elba will generate a policy that consolidates security best practices for your teams. This policy will be shared with your teams, but not through the good old way: a long, boring document to read.

All rules of the policy will be preceded and contextualized by a short, interactive content to emphasize the rule importance to your team.

🏄 User experience

Let’s take a closer look at the experience for your team. Once invited to validate their Policy onboarding (see more about notifications here), your team will complete a 20-minutes session made of content related to your rules.

For instance, here is a content about the rule "Adopt robust passwords", that highlights the importance of entropy in password definition. After user has gone through this content, the related rule will be displayed.

After having completed their Policy onboarding, users will be able to access the policy in their personal dashboard.

In your admin dashboard, you’ll be able to monitor your team’s progress regarding policy validation.
